Faucet Arena
rules

The rules

No wall of legalese. This is how the tournament works, what you get paid, when you can withdraw it, and what gets an account closed.

If something here is unclear, ask support before you play rather than after.

01 What Faucet Arena is

Faucet Arena is a tournament that runs in weekly seasons. You complete offers from advertising partners, watch PTC ads and claim from the faucets. Those actions pay you Cash Points, which are money, and Arena Points, which are your score. At the end of the week the highest scores take a share of the prize pool.

It is not gambling: there are no deposits and nothing to buy. The games are played with Arena Points that move between players - never with money, and never with points we hand out. Prize pools are funded from the season's advertising revenue plus a guaranteed minimum put up by the operator. Using the service is free.

You must be at least 18. The service is not available where local law forbids it.

02 Accounts and verification

  • One account per person and per device. No exceptions, not even for family members sharing a device: same device, one account.
  • Register with the email on your FaucetPay account. That is where withdrawals are sent, and using it here removes the most common payout mistake.
  • You are responsible for your password. If someone else uses your account, that is still your account.
  • You can request deletion at any time. Any balance you have not withdrawn is lost on deletion, so withdraw first.
Playing is open. Withdrawing needs offer points.

You can claim faucets, watch PTC ads, build a streak and climb the leaderboard from the moment you register. Everything you earn is credited and stays yours. To withdraw for the first time you have to reach the first step of the ladder - 4,000 Arena Points earned inside a partner wall - and they add up across every task you finish there, however small. The threshold is about money, not about size: what proves there is a real person behind an account is that an advertiser paid for it, and twenty small tasks cost an advertiser the same as one large offer. Anything inside a wall counts - offers, surveys, and the partner's own PTC ads, faucets and short links. What does not count is what we pay ourselves: our faucet, our PTC ads, our short links and the games, because behind those there is no advertiser. That is what tells us there is one person behind the account rather than forty. It happens once, it stays done, and you are paid for it exactly like any other earning, so it is your first wage rather than a fee. Season prizes follow a separate rule - the same running total decides how many seasons you cover - and it is set out in full under Seasons and prizes.

03 The two balances

Two separate things that never convert into each other, in either direction.

Arena Points decide your prize, they are not your prize. Points reset at the end of every season so the leaderboard restarts from zero for everyone. Your Cash Points balance is untouched by that reset.

You cannot buy points with cash and you cannot cash out points. There is no exchange rate between them and there never will be.

04 Seasons and prizes

Each season lasts seven days. It opens Monday at 00:00 and freezes Sunday at 23:59, Central European Time.

  • Every season opens with a guaranteed minimum prize pool, announced up front. The pool never goes below that figure.
  • The pool grows while the season runs. When anyone finishes an offer, what they earn is theirs and an equal amount goes into the pool at the same moment. That is why one player's offer raises everybody's prize, and why faucets and ads - which no advertiser pays for - do not move it. The live figure is always shown on the leaderboard.
  • Paid places grow with the field. Up to half the players can win something, and the exact number is shown on the leaderboard at all times.
  • Prizes are much larger at the top and taper down to the last paid position.
  • At close the leaderboard is frozen and cannot be changed. Prizes are credited to your Cash Points balance.
Every prize is withdrawable

Positions that would win less than the 0.09 CP minimum are dropped, and their share is spread across the players above them. That floor is what decides how many places get paid: lower it and more of the field takes something home, raise it and the money concentrates at the top.

Ties

On equal points, whoever reached that total first takes the higher place. The exact time of every credit is recorded.

Prizes are paid to the leaderboard as it stands at the freeze, excluding accounts that are suspended or under review at that moment. A prize withheld for review is paid in full if the review clears.

Prize cover: how long a prize stays yours

Withdrawing and winning are two different gates. The withdrawal gate opens once, with one validated conversion, and never closes again. Prizes work differently: your running total of offer points decides how many whole seasons you cover, and a season prize is only spendable if the season it was won in was covered.

Your running total of Arena Points earned inside partner walls decides your cover.
Offer points, all timeSeasons covered
4,000 AP1 season
8,000 AP2 seasons
12,000 AP3 seasons
At every season close4,000 AP comes off the total

Points earned inside a wall add up, however small each one is: twenty small tasks buy the same cover as one large offer, because what protects the prize pool is the money an advertiser spends, not the size of a single line. What counts is anything that comes from a partner wall: offers, surveys, and the partner's own PTC ads, faucets and short links, down to the ones worth a fraction of a cent. What does not count is what we pay out of our own pocket - our faucet, our PTC ads, our short links and the games - because behind those there is no advertiser.

Cover is not bought season by season: it is a level you reach and hold. Every season close takes 4,000 AP off the total, so cover falls back one step unless you keep earning - it keeps pace with play instead of being stocked up once and forgotten.

Your levels go to the oldest seasons that still need cover: a frozen prize is always covered first, because that one has a deadline and future seasons do not, then the season you are in, then the ones ahead. Sitting on one level with a frozen prize behind you means that prize is covered and the current season is not.

Win a prize while covered and it is credited spendable, like any other cash. Win one without cover and it is credited frozen: it appears in your ledger, it is not lost, and any later offer that covers that season releases it.

Frozen prizes do not wait forever

A frozen prize is cancelled if it is still frozen when the third season after the one you won opens - two full seasons. It is then cancelled with a matching line in your ledger, so the history stays readable, and it cannot be given back.

Two reminders are sent to your email address before the deadline, and the countdown is shown on your dashboard the whole time. This exists because a prize nobody claims is money promised and never paid: the pool would carry a debt that never closes. A cancelled prize returns to the next season's prize pool, never to us - we do not profit from a player missing a deadline.

05 Faucets

There is one house faucet, the five-minute Sprint, and it is played as a bet: there is no safe mode on it. Alongside it you will find partner faucets, which pay a flat amount with no bet attached - and unlike ours, those count toward your withdrawal threshold and your prize cover, because a partner is paying for them.

  • Each Sprint claim is a bet on the points, from the safest at 2.5x to the longest at 50x. All six are worth the same on average - only the swing changes - and the roll is decided by the server, never in your browser.
  • The cash is not part of the bet. It lands on every single claim, win or lose. What you risk is leaderboard position, not money.
  • Partner faucets are not bets. They pay what they say, once per cooldown, and the points arrive when the partner confirms rather than the moment you get back.
  • The cash amounts are small on purpose. A faucet click has no advertiser behind it, so the money has to come from somewhere else. Sites that pay large faucet rewards stop paying entirely soon after.
  • Points are what faucets are for, but they are the smallest source on the site: offers pay many times more, and they are what funds the prize pool everybody competes for.
  • There is a limit: 18 claims a day and 120 a season, counted across every faucet together and reset at midnight UTC. The cooldown applies on top of it.
  • The limit exists because the Sprint is a bet. Without it, whoever claims all day is not just earning more - they are also the only one whose luck evens out, and that is not a race anyone else can win.
  • Cooldowns are enforced by the server. Refreshing, opening several tabs or clicking early does not shorten them.

06 PTC ads

  • PTC spots pay a reward in both cash and points, shown before you start. There is an advertiser paying for the view, which is why the cash is meaningful compared to a faucet.
  • The reward depends on what the advertiser pays for that specific campaign, so it is not the same on every spot.
  • The ad must be watched in full with the window active and focused. Switching tabs restarts the counter from zero.
  • There is no daily cap on PTC. The only limit is how many campaigns are live.
  • Some spots come from partner networks rather than from advertisers who bought directly here. They work the same way, but the points land when the partner confirms the view instead of the moment you get back, and each has its own limits.
  • That difference matters for one thing: a partner spot counts toward your withdrawal threshold and your prize cover, ours does not. It is not about the task being better - it is that behind a partner spot there is an advertiser paying, and that payment is what proves there is one person behind the account. Our own ads pay you more points, they just cannot prove anything.
  • Availability depends entirely on advertisers. An empty PTC page is not a fault and nothing is lost when it happens.

07 Daily streak

Any single claim in a day keeps your streak alive. The streak runs on a 30-day cycle and pays in Arena Points only: showing up is the easiest thing in the world to automate, so it never pays cash.

The reward grows every day of the cycle, from the first to the thirtieth.

1030 AP111
1571 AP376
20129 AP898

30300 AP3,071
  • The bonus grows every day of the cycle: small at the start, largest on day 30. Missing a day sends you back to day 1, so a long streak is worth far more than several short ones.
  • On day 31 the cycle resets to day 1 and starts again.
  • You get one grace day per cycle. Miss a second day and the streak resets to day 1.
  • The streak pays a bonus and nothing else. There is no multiplier on any other activity - offers, ads, links and challenges always pay what they say.

08 Short links

Short links pay Arena Points for passing through an external link shortener. They come from partner services, not from us, and they pay points only.

  • There is a daily limit, shown on the Short links page, and it resets at midnight UTC like everything else.
  • The points land when the shortener confirms you completed the trip, not when you click. If it never confirms, no points arrive - and that is the shortener's decision, not ours.
  • Ad blockers and VPNs stop most of them from confirming. This is the single most common reason a short link pays nothing, and there is nothing we can do about it from our side.
  • Some links fail for everyone because the partner service is down. When that happens the tile still appears - we only learn it is broken from the same error you see.
  • Our short links do not buy prize cover and do not count toward the withdrawal threshold, because no advertiser is paying for a verified person behind them. Short links taken inside a partner wall do count, like everything else that comes from there.

09 Challenges

Challenges are extra Arena Points for things you were doing anyway. They pay points only, never cash, and you claim them yourself from the Challenges page - nothing is credited automatically.

  • Daily challenges reset at midnight UTC, the same midnight as the faucet limit and the streak. Season challenges are claimed once and measure the whole season from its first minute.
  • Progress is counted from what you have actually done, so a challenge you completed before reading this page is already waiting to be claimed.
  • Challenges on offers only count conversions worth at least $0.02 to us - the same threshold that buys prize cover. Very small partner tasks pay you normally, they just do not move these.
  • An unclaimed challenge is lost at reset. Nothing carries over to the next day or the next season.
  • A reversed offer removes the progress it gave. If that drops you below a challenge you had already claimed, the claim stands - we do not take back points already paid.

10 Partner offers and reversals

Offers come from external advertising partners. The reward in cash and points is written above the button before you accept, and that is exactly what you receive once it validates.

Every offer moves through these states, and you can see the current one on the offers page at any time:

AvailableListed and open to you. Availability depends on your country and on what the partner has live.
CheckingYou completed it and the partner is verifying. Cash and points are already visible on your account but the cash is not withdrawable yet.
CreditedConfirmed. Points count toward the leaderboard immediately and the cash starts its clearing period.
ReversedThe advertiser pulled the conversion after the fact. Cash and points are removed. If the cash had not cleared yet, nothing leaves your balance.
RejectedThe partner did not accept the completion, usually because the offer requirements were not met. Nothing is credited.
  • Complete offers genuinely. Rushing a survey with nonsense answers gets reversed by the partner anyway, and repeated reversals get the account reviewed.
  • Reversals and rejections are the partner's decision, not ours. We can show you what they sent us, and we do, but we cannot overturn it.
  • An offer stuck in Checking for a long time is normal for some categories, especially anything with a trial period or a subscription.
Do not try to trick an offerwall

Fake details, disposable numbers, emulators and multiple accounts on one offer are all detected, either by us or by the partner. The result is the same: the conversion is reversed, the balance goes with it, and the account is closed.

11 Clearing and withdrawals

Your Cash Points balance has two parts, and the wallet page shows both at all times: available, which you can withdraw right now, and clearing, which is yours but not withdrawable yet.

Why cash clears

Advertisers can reverse a conversion weeks after it happened. If that money had already been paid out, the loss would be permanent and it would come out of the prize pool everyone else is playing for. Holding it for a short period is what stops a reversal from becoming a clawback on money you already spent.

  • Cash from offers clears 14 days after it is credited. The exact release date is shown on every pending entry.
  • Cash from faucets, PTC and season prizes is available immediately. There is nothing to reverse.
  • Referral commission clears on the same schedule as the offer that generated it.

Withdrawing

  • Your first withdrawal requires one validated offer. Until then your balance accumulates normally and is not at risk, it simply cannot leave the account.
  • One FaucetPay address per account. If the address on your withdrawal is already used by another account, the payout goes to manual review before anything is sent.
  • Minimum withdrawal is 0.05 CP, and it does not move with the season.
  • The smallest season prize is 0.09 CP, above that line, so any prize you win this season can be withdrawn on its own.
  • Payouts are sent in USDC through FaucetPay, to the email on your account.
  • Payouts are instant. Withdrawing more than 25 USDC within any 24 hours sends the request to a manual review first, which can add a day.
  • Network and processor fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
  • A withdrawal that fails for a wrong or missing FaucetPay address is returned to your available balance, not lost.

12 Referral

  • You earn a one-off bonus of 2,000 Arena Points when someone you invited completes their first validated offer - and they get the same - then 2% of the Arena Points they go on to earn. Both are added on top and never come out of their balance, so nobody loses anything by using your link. Referral pays points only: never cash, and there are never chains.
  • You both get 4,000 AP the first time an invited player completes an offer big enough to unlock their account. It is paid once per invite, to each of you, and it is the reason inviting one real player beats inviting twenty who never come back.
  • A referral only counts once the invited player has one validated offer. Signups that never complete one earn nothing.
  • Reversals propagate. If a partner reverses an offer, whatever it paid you - bonus or commission - is removed too.
  • Inviting yourself does not work. Second accounts on your own device or network are detected and both accounts are closed.
  • Buying traffic, spamming or making claims we have not made ("guaranteed earnings", "no work needed") gets referral earnings voided.

13 Banned behaviour

All of the following end the account. This is not a warning list, it is a closure list.

  • More than one account per person, per device or per household network.
  • Bots, scripts, macros or auto-clickers of any kind. Click timing that is too regular to be human is flagged automatically.
  • VPNs, proxies, Tor or emulators used to change your apparent location or device.
  • Fake data in offers, disposable identities, or completing the same offer from several accounts.
  • Selling, buying, sharing or transferring accounts, balances or referral positions.
  • Attacking the site: scraping, hammering endpoints, tampering with requests, or probing for a way to claim early.
Adblockers

The service is paid for by advertising, so an adblocker that hides the offer and PTC inventory will stop you earning. You will be asked to disable it on this site. Nothing is penalised, it simply cannot work.

14 Suspensions and appeals

  • An account under investigation can be suspended, which pauses earning and withdrawals while we look at it.
  • A suspended account is excluded from the leaderboard at the freeze, so no prize is paid for that season.
  • If the investigation clears you, earning resumes and any withheld balance is released in full.
  • If it confirms a breach, the account is closed and the unwithdrawn balance is forfeited. Money already paid out is not pursued.
  • You can appeal once, by contacting support with your account email. Appeals are answered in writing.
  • We do not disclose the exact detection signals that flagged an account. Publishing them would only help the people we are trying to keep out.

15 Changes and contact

  • Reward amounts, timers and pool parameters can change between seasons. A change is announced before the season it applies to.
  • A season already running is never changed retroactively. The parameters a season was played with are the parameters it is settled with, including the guaranteed minimum, the number of paid places and the prize curve.
  • Material changes to these rules are announced on the site and require acceptance again before you keep playing.
  • The service may be paused for maintenance. Timers and streaks are not penalised by downtime on our side.
  • Support is reached from the support page. Include your account email and, for anything about an offer, the partner name and the date.
  • How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
